Top teams
The New England Free Jacks are the defending champions after winning the 2025 title. The Seattle Seawolves are the only remaining founding team from 2018 and have won multiple championships. The California Legion is a new combined team formed from the merger of the San Diego Legion and Rugby FC LA. The Chicago Hounds, Old Glory DC, and Anthem Rugby Carolina round out the field.
Format
The regular season runs 10 games per team, with each club playing every opponent twice. The top four teams advance to the playoffs. The semifinals take place in mid-June, with the No. 1 seed hosting No. 4 and No. 2 hosting No. 3. The championship final is scheduled for late June.
